RNs perform countless thankless tasks which often leads to high nurse turnover. Tak awards points and provides a communication channel for managers to say 'Thank You' to nurses and show appreciation. Registered Nurses can redeem the points earned doing everyday tasks for rewards, prizes and vacation. The Tak program builds RN engagement which improves RN retention and retaining nurses improves patient care and hospital performance.
